the hotel was spotlessly clean and well-maintained. the staff were extremely helpful and well-trained. 3. the room was airy and a nice size, equipped with a safe for added safety. 4. the location in a pleasant area was really handy with a market and shops nearby.

The breakfasts at a special "Jazz Festival" rate. Airy, bright unit with the bath as well as robe. Early check in and late check out. Marvellous and best possible location in a lovely area in a good area.

The staff were very friedly and helpful. The room was a good size moddern and a very comfy bed.Pool looked nice but I didn't use it. This 3 star was as good as many a 4 star I have stayed in.

I picked the hottest day of the year and the room was very hot, with no ac. The windoew did open thank goodness. The towel rail was heated and I couln't turn it off so the bathroom was like a sauna.

The location was great, just a 10-15 minute walk from National Trust. the rooms were spacious and modern, equipped with toiletries and a fan. the staff was extremely friendly.

It is a mediocre hotel and in need of renovation (which they are doing I believe). It happens to be convenient for me but as there is a Premier Inn in Hale I may well stay there next time as the quality of the rooms is better, food is better and room prices about the same, but food/wine is cheaper. So, what do I like, convenient location and normally the special 'ladies' parking spaces near the main entrance are a good bonus.

Breakfast - I only have a cup of tea - no milk or sugar - plus a boiled egg (they are unable to get it cooked but with a soft yolk) - but I get charged the full-breakfast rate which I do consider a rip off. I've asked many times but they will not budge. At least the Premier is more flexible.

I had absolutely amazing stay, the place is well priced!

I liked the place, it was overall clean & the staff were very friendly. The food was fine with lots of choice! The location was perfect and magnificent, not too far from Silver Blades.

The location here is great, right by a nice little alleyway. the rooms are a decent size and have charming old sash windows, perfect for a quick stay. 🌟

Traditional, friendly, good location, very comfortable with excellent facilities.

Rooms not very soundproof so you can hear other guests and doors closing.

The service from the staff was excellent. Brilliant facilities in general. - Handy location right in a residential area. - An excellent value and well-priced property.

Room appeared recently decorated and modernised in a plain restful style. Good ensuite facilities.

No lift and stairway rather tired

The setting of the hotel is handy and exceptionally nice, located near a shop, Hale train station, lively Hale town center with many bars and restaurants, and Manchester Airport. Art with a Heart is only a 10-15 minutes walk from the venue.

Accpetable accomodation, no problems, would stay again.
